Participating sales agencies represent Medicare Advantage HMO, HMO SNP, PPO, PPO SNP, PDP and PFFS organizations and Medicare-approved Part D sponsors that are contracted with Medicare. DSNPs also have contracts with State Medicaid programs. Enrollment in plans depends on contract renewal.

If your complaint involves a broker or agent, be sure to include the name of the person when filing your grievance.
